CANCELLATION POLICY

My studio is located DOWNSTAIRS at 6910 N Main St, BUILDING 25, Granger, IN, 46530. If you are unable to travel down a small flight of stairs, we are unable to service you. Please read before booking as deposits will not be refunded due to not reading this information. FAILURE TO CHECK AND FOLLOW PROPER PREPARATION AND PRE-CARE WILL RESULT IN ANY APPOINTMENT BEING RESCHEDULED. OUR INTEREST IS BOTH FOR YOUR WELL BEING AND FOR THE BEST RESULT POSSIBLE. Deposit will be retained to cover the cost of the time and consultation reserved for you. A new deposit will be necessary to reschedule. ✨No caffeine or alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment. ✨Must be 18 or older with valid form of ID at time of appointment ✨Must not be pregnant, nursing, on blood thinners, have heart conditions, or uncontrolled diabetes ✨Must not have open sores/wounds or peeling skin in the service area ✨Daily use of anti-aging/retinol products will severely impact how much pigment is retained. It is recommended to discontinue use of these products for permanent makeup. ✨FOR EYELINER: No lash extensions 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after eyeliner procedures. No lash serums may be used as they can cause pigment to be pushed out. Do not wear contact lenses to appointment. ✨FOR LIP BLUSH: If prone to cold sores, getting lip blush done is not recommended as this can cause a flare up. Check with doctor beforehand to get on anti-viral meds. ✨Extremely sun damaged/tanned skin will not get great results. Not recommended for permanent makeup. ✨No chemical peels/laser treatments within the last 30 days. ✨Permanent makeup is not recommended for clients who scar/keloid easily. ✨Must be off accurate for at least 1 year prior to service. Deposits are non refundable for any reason. A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice or you no call/no show, your card will be charged for 50% of the service cost and you will need to pay another deposit to rebook. You will pay the full amount at your appointment time. Cancellations with no means of rescheduling will forfeit the deposit. One reschedule is permitted with more than 48 hours notice. Multiple reschedules will result in a forfeit of the deposit and may also result in being banned from online booking again. We allow a 15 minute window for lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will not have time for your appointment and you will be charged as a no call/no show. The only acceptable way to reschedule or cancel an appointment is by texting 574-300-4778. No emails, no calls, no Facebook messages, no Instagram messages. These policies are put in place to respect both the artists and the clients time. They are also necessary to protect the business from loss of time, supplies, and money.
