CANCELLATION POLICY

MBM Aesthetics Studio (Microblading by Monica) – Studio Policies and Client Agreement Studio Location & Accessibility: Our studio is located at: 6910 N Main St, Building 21, Granger, IN 46530 ⸻ Pre-Care Requirements Failure to follow all pre-care instructions will result in your appointment being rescheduled, and your deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook. These instructions are in place to ensure your safety and the best possible results. General Requirements: ✨ No caffeine or alcohol 24 hours before your appointment (they act as blood thinners and can cause pigment to not implant properly) ✨ Must be 18+ with valid photo ID ✨ Cannot be pregnant, nursing, on blood thinners, or have heart conditions or uncontrolled diabetes ✨ Skin in the service area must be free of open wounds, sores, or peeling ✨ Discontinue daily anti-aging/retinol use 4 weeks before permanent makeup, as it affects pigment retention ✨ No chemical peels or laser treatments in the last 30 days ✨ Clients prone to scarring or keloids are not good candidates ✨ Must be off Accutane for at least 1 year before treatment Specific Treatment Guidelines: EYELINER: • No lash extensions 2 weeks before and after the procedure • Discontinue lash serums 4 weeks prior to procedure • Do not wear contact lenses to your appointment LIP BLUSH: • Clients prone to cold sores should consult their doctor and take antiviral medication beforehand (2 days before appointment, and 9 days after appointment) • Lip blush may trigger cold sore outbreaks Sun-damaged or deeply tanned skin (from frequent tanning bed exposure) may not retain pigment well and is not recommended for permanent makeup. ⸻ Booking & Cancellation Policies • Deposits are non-refundable for any reason. Payment plans made with Cherry are non-refundable for any reason. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule • Cancellations/reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the service cost, and a new deposit will be required to rebook • No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance without rescheduling will forfeit the deposit • Only one reschedule is allowed per deposit with sufficient notice; multiple reschedules are not allowed. Attempts to reschedule a service more than once will result in a 50% service cost fee and may result in being banned from booking again. • These fees do not apply toward future services. You must pay in full at your next appointment • Clients have a 15-minute grace period for tardiness. Arrivals beyond this time may be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made by text only to 574-300-4778. Emails, phone calls, Facebook, or Instagram messages will NOT be accepted. ⸻ Card on File & Legal Responsibility By booking, you consent to having a valid credit/debit card on file. You agree to be held responsible for all charges, including legal fees, in the event of a dispute that leads to court proceedings. ⸻ Agreement By booking an appointment with MBM Aesthetics Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the above policies.
